Your booking binds Podere Dorotea farm holidays only after receiving the receipt of the payment of the deposit.

On weekends and in midweek holiday in low season, will be applied the price of Middle Season.

For minimum stay of 3 nights, 30% of deposit out of the total cost is required. Should the customer cancel the booking, the deposit will not be refunded.

Guarantee: Euro 150.00 to pay at the arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Should a customer cancel a booking, the notice must be given in writing and the following cancellation fee would be due, as follows:

a) within 61 day notice prior to the arrival date, the whole deposit will be forfeited.
b) from 60 to 35 day notice prior to the arrival date, 20% of the rate of the booking plus the whole deposit will be forfeited (total fee to be paid: 50% of the rate of the stay).
c) from 34 to 2 day notice prior to the arrival date, 80% of the rate of the stay will be forfeited.
d) if the cancellation occurs the day before or the same day of the arrival date, 70% of the rate of the stay plus the whole deposit will be forfeited (the whole rate of the stay will not be refund).

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

Arrival (Check-in): the apartments will be available on Saturday from 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

Departure (Check-out): the apartments must be left by 10.00 a.m. of the last day.
